The official final ranking medal table for the 2023 All African Games has been released, marking the conclusion of the Games in Ghana on Saturday.

Topping the table is Egypt, who secured a remarkable total of 189 medals, including 101 gold, 46 silver, and 42 bronze.
Following closely behind in second place is Nigeria, with an impressive haul of 120 medals, consisting of 47 gold, 33 silver, and 40 bronze.
South Africa claims the third position with a total of 106 medals, including 32 gold, 32 silver, and 42 bronze.
Algeria and Tunisia complete the top five, with 114 medals (29 gold, 38 silver, and 47 bronze) and 87 medals (21 gold, 27 silver, and 39 bronze) respectively.
In the sixth position, we have the host country Ghana, who secured a respectable 68 medals, including 19 gold, 29 silver, and 20 bronze.
Other notable countries in the top 10 include Morocco, Ethiopia, Mauritius, and Kenya.
