Captain Warredi Enisuouh is apparently being held by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, or EFCC.

Enisuouh is Tantita Security Services Nigeria Limited’s (TSSNL) Executive Director of Operations and Technical.

Government Ekpemupolo, also known as Tompolo, an ex-military leader, is the owner of the security surveillance firm.

In 2022, Tantita was given a multibillion-naira contract by the Muhammadu Buhari administration to protect oil pipelines.

Enisuoh was reportedly organising an operation in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, to catch a prominent oil thief.

On January 19, the EFCC allegedly invited him and demanded that he reveal the source of his intelligence.

According to reports, Enisuoh objected, leading the anti-graft committee to place him in detention.

When Obasanjonews24 called Saturday night, EFCC spokesman Wilson Uwajaren’s phone line was busy.
