Enyinnaya Abaribe, Nwokocha’s Abia-South Senatorial District counterpart, seconded the motion.
The motion was then put to a voice vote by Senate President Godswill Akpabio, however there was disagreement among the senators.
Instantaneously, a boisterous meeting broke out in the red chamber.
Keyamo was accused by Nwokocha of insulting the ninth National Assembly and of charging the previous Assembly with being dishonest.
When ex-President Muhammadu Buhari was in office, Keyamo, a Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN), served as the department’s minister of state for labour and productivity.
