A Frontier Airlines passenger plane caught fire while making an emergency landing at Harry Reid International Airport in Las Vegas, Nevada on Saturday evening local time.
According to an incident report by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), an Airbus 321 carrying 197 passengers was en route from San Diego to Las Vegas when the crew reported smoke in the cockpit.

The FAA reported that, despite the problems, the pilots successfully landed the aircraft safely. Following this, fire crews extinguished a fire on one of the engines.
“Frontier Airlines announced on X that no injuries occurred, and passengers have been transported by bus to the terminal. The FAA is looking into the incident.”
