On Friday, people at a Small Doctor concert got mad at the controversial musician Portable and threw plastic bottles at him.
One of the artists chosen for the “Afro and the Beats” concert was Portable.
The Agege Stadium in Lagos State served as the venue for the show.
The trouble started when Small Doctor tried to get the crowd to listen to the singer known as “Zazoo Zeh,” but they all laughed at him.
Members of the crowd were seen throwing bottles at him in now-viral videos.
Evidently irritated, Portable retaliated by accusing the audience of having “invited a mad man.”
Agege, the devil cannot build a home near Jesus.
“Know what you’re doing; you invited the lunatic; you will witness craziness,” he added.
The audience was even more incensed by his comment, and many of them asked him to leave the platform.
The small doctor, pleading with the crowd to be calm, attempted to step in.
Do you want to make me look bad by disrespecting me? It won’t go well with anyone who does that. He pleaded with the audience, “Please don’t be upset.”
However, the irate audience requested Portable leave the platform.
The audience’s reactions might have something to do with Portable’s most recent comment about locals in Agege and Small Doctor.
Portable had cursed Small Doctor on Thursday, saying he was more well-liked in Agege than the singer of the song “Penalty.”
“Werey (idiot),” he said, claiming that I should be stripped and that he would come and settle the matter.Small Doctor, Ogun will kill you; I’m stronger than you; things won’t go well for you; tell me where your father’s house is in Agege; I’m from Agege. “You sent Awawa boys to catch me because I only ran away from home for financial reasons,” he said in Pidgin.
It’s clear that Small Doctor’s fans in Agege thought his comment was rude to the community.
