Dinebari Loolo, member of the Rivers State House of Assembly loses
Dinebari Loolo, a member of the Rivers State House of Assembly, has passed away, according to the assembly.
Loolo was serving as the state’s 10th Assembly’s delegate for the Khana 2 State Constituency at the time of his death.
The Assembly’s spokesperson, Victor Oko-Jumbo, a representative of the Bonny Constituency, made this revelation.
Speaking to reporters in Port Harcourt, Oko-Jumbo called Loolo’s passing shocking.
It is still uncertain what exactly caused Loolo’s death.
Martins Amaewhule, the Speaker of the Rivers State House of Assembly, had earlier accompanied other legislators on a visit to the legislator’s family to express their condolences.
The House expressed its condolences to the family of the late politician and called him “a rare gem, who contributed immensely to the development of his constituency and the state as a whole.”
Amaehule pleaded with the family to find comfort in the knowledge that the late Loolo lived a life of devotion to humanity and left a legacy that will always be remembered.
He reassured the family of the House’s ongoing support and prayed for their comfort and fortitude as they navigated this trying time.
