The Belgium captain responded on Friday by posting a picture of himself and Drake along with a copy of the song credit and captioning it, “@Drake needed an assist.” He did this by using his X (previously Twitter) name.
De Bruyne explained in a later post that he wasn’t given credit for the song, but he is still a “huge fan” of Drake.
“Joke aside, it’s not me!” he wrote. However, huge fan!”
