Davido Makes History with Africa’s Most Viewed TikTok Live Stream

Nigerian singer David Adeleke, also known as Davido, has set a new record for the most-watched TikTok live stream in Africa with a total of 389,800 viewers.

During a livestream on Wednesday, October 30, co-hosted by TikTok stars Peller, Jarvis, and Jo Blaq, he shattered the record.

The live stream was viewed by over 164,000 people at the same time.

Davido received more than 377 Lion gifts on TikTok, with each one valued at $400.

He announced that the funds would be allocated to co-hosts Peller, Jarvis, and Jo Blaq.

Peller once held the record for Africa’s most-watched TikTok live stream. This achievement was later surpassed by Davido in a session that included singer Tiwa Savage.
