The defendant, who resides at 2A Niger Avenue Villa Nova, Apo, faces charges related to assault, intimidation, force, and criminal conspiracy.
But he entered a not guilty plea to the accusations made against him.
The landlord, Mr. Ochengele Isaac, reported the issue to the Apo Police Station on January 3, according to a previous statement made by the prosecutor, O.S. Osho, to the court.
He claimed that the landlord was beaten and injured by the defendant, his two kids, and the now-free Gideon.
Gideon and the defendant’s two children were now at large, according to Osho.
Sadiq postponed the case’s hearing until January 16.
