The charges against them are in violation of Sections 6(B) and 1(2) of the Robbery and Firearms Laws of Nigeria, 2004.

The Magistrate, Mrs Oluwabusayo Osho, did not allow the defendants to enter a plea due to lack of jurisdiction and ordered the case file to be returned to the Director of Public Prosecution for legal advice.

The case has been adjourned until April 29 for mention.
