The petition submitted by Olajide Adediran alias Jandor of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) and the Labour Party (LP) for the Lagos governorship election has been dismissed by the Lagos Governorship Election Tribunal.
In Lagos State’s March 18 governorship elections, Jandor is contesting the victories of Dr. Obafemi Hamzat and Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu.

In his ruling on the objections brought up by the respondents in the case, Justice Mikhail Abdullah made this statement.

Before proceeding to rule on the petition filed by Labour Party candidate for governor Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour, panel chair Justice Arum Ashom stated that the court would first render a decision in the matter of the PDP and its candidate.

Justice Mikail Abdullahi, a fellow judge, will read the panel’s decision, according to Justice Ashom’s announcement.
