Jonas Emmanuel has officially been acquired by Rangers for an undisclosed sum from Niger Tornadoes.
The Coal City organisation announced the information in a post on its social media account.
“We welcome Jonas Emmanuel, a gifted striker who joins us from Niger Tornadoes.
He has a two-year deal with us. Let’s write history together, Rangers wrote, sporting Emmanuel’s team shirt.
With his transfer to the Flying Antelopes, Emmanuel will join the likes of Isaac Saviour and Ifeanyi Onyebuchi at the team.
Last year, the forward had a significant role for Niger Tornadoes.
Over the course of 49 appearances with the Ikon Allah Boys, he scored eight goals.
