Inofomoh Gabriel, a civil servant and employee of Auchi Polytechnic, was tragically killed at his farm in Jattu community, Etsako West Local Government Area of Edo State.

The incident occurred last Wednesday and his body was discovered on Saturday in the bush, showing signs of multiple machete cuts.
It is suspected that Gabriel was targeted by suspected herdsmen who have been known to kidnap and kill farmers in the area.
Concerned by his disappearance, the community organized a search party after two days of no contact from Gabriel.
The matter has been reported to the Jattu Police Division, and the Edo State Police Command is investigating the incident.
