Manchester City created history in the English Premier League on Sunday by securing their fourth consecutive title after defeating West Ham at the Etihad stadium.

Prior to the match, Pep Guardiola’s team was in a tight race with Arsenal for the 2023/24 title, holding a two-point advantage over the Gunners.

This remarkable achievement surpasses the previous record held by their cross-town rivals, Manchester United, who won three consecutive titles from 2006/07 to 2008/09 under the management of Sir Alex Ferguson.

The defending champions wasted no time in asserting their dominance, with Phil Foden scoring within two minutes of the game.

Foden extended their lead in the 18th minute, but Mohammed Kudus managed to find the net for David Moyes’ side in the 42nd minute, offering a glimmer of hope. However, Rodri sealed the game with a third goal in the 59th minute, ensuring victory for Manchester City. Stay tuned for more updates.
