Ganfen Lithium Industry Limited Nigeria, a newly established Chinese business in Nasarawa State, has expressed concern over an alleged impersonation of its business and a potential threat to its ability to conduct business in Nigeria.
Therefore, the company begged the Nigerian government to step in and look into the actions of the business that was purportedly acting in its place and using the name “Ganfen Lithium Group Co Ltd.”
The impersonating firm, whose activities had no influence on its operations, was allegedly exploiting Ganfen Lithium Industry Limited’s corporate name to engage in illicit activities in the nation, according to a statement issued by the company and signed by the Chief of Ganfeng Staff in Nasarawa, Andrew Kekunkun.
