Il Mattino reports that Chelsea has reached an agreement with Aston Villa for Romelu Lukaku.

It is expected that Lukaku, who has attracted interest from Napoli as well, will depart Stamford Bridge permanently in the upcoming summer.

For the past two seasons, the Belgian player has been on loan at Inter Milan and Roma.
