Il Mattino reports that Chelsea has reached an agreement with Aston Villa for Romelu Lukaku.

It is expected that Lukaku, who has attracted interest from Napoli as well, will depart Stamford Bridge permanently in the upcoming summer.

For the past two seasons, the Belgian player has been on loan at Inter Milan and Roma.

As Napoli has yet to transfer Victor Osimhen, Chelsea recently made a deal with Villa for Lukaku.

The decision to join Unai Emery’s team or wait for a return to Serie A will ultimately be made by Lukaku.

Chelsea’s aim is to finalize his departure prior to their Premier League match against Manchester City scheduled for August 18th.
