On Tuesday, Chelsea made an official announcement about acquiring goalkeeper Penders from Genk.
Ahead of Chelsea’s UEFA Europa Conference League second leg play-off with Servette on Thursday, this event is approaching.
The Blues will officially recruit Penders in the upcoming summer.

This season, the Genk team will continue to have the Belgium U19 international player on loan.
“On X, Chelsea announced that they have finalized the acquisition of Mike Penders from KRC Genk. The goalkeeper is set to formally become a member of the team starting next summer,” stated Chelsea.
