The move of Lionel Messi from Paris Saint-Germain to Al-Ettifaq, according to Al-Ettifaq manager Antonio Cazorla, is generating “strong feeling.”

This summer, Messi’s PSG contract will come to an end.

Although there are various rumors floating about, Argentina’s captain has not yet made a choice regarding his future.

Less than two years after leaving the Catalan club, the 35-year-old is rumored to be returning to Barcelona, but it also appears that a move to Saudi Arabia may be in the cards.

But according to Cazorla, there is a “feeling among the fans” and Saudi media that Messi could actually move there, especially in light of Portugal captain Cristiano Ronaldo’s shocking switch to Al-Nassr in December.

There has been a lot of discussion about it here. Cazorla told Marca, “I don’t know what will happen, but I’m sure they’re going to overturn to achieve the arrival of Messi or some other great star.”

Both the media and the fans believe they are on the right track and will sign him.
