The All Progressives Congress, or APC, has distanced itself from the national campaign council lists for the November 11, 2023, governorship elections in the states of Imo, Bayelsa, and Kogi that have been making the rounds in several media outlets.

This was announced in a statement released on Tuesday in Abuja by Mr. Felix Morka, the party’s national publicity secretary.

Because the lists weren’t created by the party, according to Morka, they should not be taken seriously.

“The attention of the APC has been drawn to a national campaign council lists for the governorship elections in Bayelsa, Kogi, and Imo States on November 11, which are in circulation in portions of the media,” he stated.

“The lists should not be taken seriously because they are not party documents in any way.”
