Three young girls lost their lives in Calabar, Cross River State on Monday morning as a result of a tragic car accident.
In the Calabar Municipal area on MCC Road, a fatal accident took place involving a white Mercedes GLK that was part of a convoy.
On his Facebook page, Engr Ofemicity disclosed that a young male driver lost control of the vehicle which led to a fatal collision.

Sadly, three female passengers died on impact due to the severity of the crash while one survived with broken limbs and was immediately taken to a nearby hospital for emergency medical attention.
The community was left in shock after an accident during a late-night outing for the occupants of their newly purchased vehicle.
When residents and rescuers arrived at the scene, they discovered the mangled remains of the car with one girl reportedly pulled from it, her body dismembered.
As of the time this report was written, attempts to reach out to the Cross River Sector Command of the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) for official statements were unsuccessful.
