Cabinet list: The Minister of Petroleum is not named by Tinubu or Buhari
As he distributes ministerial portfolios, President Bola Tinubu has not yet appointed a minister of petroleum resources.
The portfolio of Minister of Petroleum was given to the president during the previous administration of former President Muhammadu Buhari.
However, Timipre Sylva had been given the position of Minister of State for Petroleum by Buhari.
As Tinubu puts together his cabinet, he divided the ministry in half.

Surprises when President Tinubu announces the portfolios of ministers, according to a statement by Onanuga. The petroleum minister is unnamed according to Tinubu.
