On Wednesday, President Muhammadu Buhari pledged Nigerians that when his term ends in May 2023, he will leave the nation in a safer place.

During the Emblem Appeal Launch for the 2023 Armed Forces Remembrance Day event, which took place in the Council Chambers of the Presidential Villa in Abuja, President Buhari reiterated his prior pledge.

He declared a gift of N10 million to the appeal fund.

Then, Buhari urged all Nigerians to unite in support of the nation’s veterans and the families of the slain heroes, whose earlier sacrifices had kept the nation united. He also urged business organizations to do the same.
