Buhari changes the name of the State House Clinic to Medical Clinics
The State House Clinic has been given the go-ahead to resume its previous name of the Medical Centre by President Muhammadu Buhari.
At a pre-commissioning inspection of the new Presidential (VIP) Wing of the State House Medical Center on Wednesday in Abuja, Tijjani Umar, the permanent secretary of State House, made this announcement.
Boss Mustapha, Secretary to the Government of the Federation, SGF, carried out the commissioning.
“We can no longer function as a Clinic, with the improvement in the problem areas and the establishment of the new VIP Wing with state-of-the-art amenities. According to Umar, it will now be known as State House Medical Center.
Umar said that all is prepared for the President to officially open the brand-new, top-notch facility, adding it to the expanding list of finished and commissioned legacy projects during this administration.

He continued by saying that training of medical professionals, equipment testing, and calibration are continual processes.
