On Tuesday in the Dopemu neighbourhood of Lagos, two Bus Rapid Transport, or BRT, collided head-on.
This was confirmed by the Lagos State Traffic Management Authority (LASTMA) in an online video posted on its official X handle.

The incident, according to the organisation, had caused traffic to become backed up along the axis.
However, nobody has been reported as being deceased.
The impact of this incident on traffic is modest, but LASTMA noted that its officers are on the scene in addition to all other relevant authorities, including members of the Nigerian Police Force.
When compiling this story, LASTMA representatives were spotted transloading one of the trailers’ contents at the scene of the accident.
