Both Hon. Moses Thomas Sule, the speaker of the Plateau State House of Assembly, and Hon. Gwottaon, his deputy, have resigned from their posts.
The Pankshin North representative, Gabriel Dawang, went on to be elected as the Assembly’s next speaker.
As the next Deputy Speaker of the Assembly, Hon. Timothy Dantong of the Riyom constituency won the position.
