Lafia-Jos Road has been completely obstructed as supporters of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) set fire to tires in front of the party’s state secretariat, effectively blocking the road.
As a result of the protest, motorists in Lafia are being forced to take alternative routes to navigate through the city.
Security personnel are present to restore order and prevent any further escalation of the situation.
