Breaking: Dikko wins the governor’s race in Katsina

Dikko Umar Radda, an All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate, won the gubernatorial election on March 18 on Saturday.

Dikko, a former director of the SMEDA, received 859,892 votes, defeating PDP candidate Garba Yakubu Lado, who received 486,620.

Nevertheless, Prof. Ma’azu Abubakar Gusau, the returning officer for the Katsina governorship election, has not yet made the formal announcement of the outcome.
