Okechukwu Paschal, popularly known as Cubana Chief Priest, made his appearance at the Federal High Court in Lagos to face trial as a nightlife entrepreneur.
The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) had leveled accusations of financial misconduct against Cubana Chief Priest, alleging misuse of naira.
Accompanied by EFCC operatives and armed police escorts, Cubana Chief Priest arrived at the court premises around 8:45 am on a Wednesday morning.

The EFCC had officially filed a three-count charge against the social media personality the day before his court appearance.
The charges, as detailed in the document filed by EFCC’s prosecutor Rotimi Oyedepo, SAN, accused Cubana Chief Priest of tampering with funds during social events in Lagos, specifically involving the spraying of N500 notes issued by the Central Bank of Nigeria.
