BREAKING: Court declares medical director guilty of rape

The medical director of the Optimal Cancer Care Foundation, Doctor Olufemi Olaleye, was found guilty of raping his wife’s niece on Tuesday by Justice Rahman Oshodi of the Ikeja Sexual Offences and Domestic Violence.

The judge determined that the victim’s testimony and the physician who examined her were credible.

Additionally, he claimed that Olaleye’s confessional testimony and his wife’s exchange of emails and WhatsApp chats constituted sufficient evidence against him.

The confession and undertaking he drafted and signed at the Anthony Police Station with his lawyer, Olalekan Buruji, and his NBA seal, according to Justice Oshodi, further proved he had sexually assaulted the woman and made her suck his manhood.

He was found guilty of defiling and sexually penetrating a 15-year-old minor by Oshodi.

The judge ruled that all of the evidence presented to the court supported the victim’s testimony and that the prosecution had established its case beyond a reasonable doubt.
