Victor Boniface, a forward for Bayer Leverkusen, is excited to represent Nigeria in the Africa Cup of Nations.
In September, Boniface played his first game for the Super Eagles against Sao Tome & Principe.

Barring any unforeseen circumstances, the 22-year-old is anticipated to be a member of the Super Eagles squad for the competition held every two years.
The forward intends to represent Nigeria in AFCON 2023 in order to realise a lifelong dream.
“Every Nigerian football player’s dream is to play for their country and win a trophy for it,” Boniface stated to DW.
“So, we’re excited for the upcoming AFCON.”
AFCON 2023 will be place in Cote d’Ivoire from January 13 to February 11.
