Blues lose to Brighton at Stamford Bridge as Chelsea’s problems persist

On Saturday, Chelsea lost to Brighton at Stamford Bridge, continuing their dreadful Premier League run.

The Blues were coming off a midweek 2-0 loss in the Champions League to Real Madrid. Yet after taking the lead, Frank Lampard’s team lost to Brighton 1-2.

At Stamford Bridge, goals from Danny Welbeck and Julio Enciso gave Brighton their first victory in the Premier League.

Chelsea suffered their second straight league loss, while Brighton won for the first time at Stamford Bridge.
