Jude Bellingham, a midfielder for Real Madrid, broke Cristiano Ronaldo’s record at Los Blancos on Sunday after scoring in a 3-0 La Liga victory over Cadiz.
After the international break, Real Madrid won their season opener against Cadiz thanks to a goal from Bellingham with 16 minutes remaining.
With 14 goals in 15 games since joining Carlo Ancelotti’s team for £88.5 million from Borussia Dortmund in the summer, the England international has already had a significant impact.

With his most recent goal against Cadiz, he made Real Madrid history by being the only player to score more than 13 goals in the team’s first 15 games.
Following his £80 million transfer from Manchester United in 2009, Ronaldo also had a fantastic start to life at Real Madrid, scoring 13 goals in his first 15 games across all competitions.
However, the Portugal skipper could only match the record set by Pruden in 1943 and Alfredo Di Stefano in 1953, two previous members of the team.
But Bellingham’s most recent accomplishment also places him ahead of other former Real Madrid greats, such as Ruud van Nistelrooy (9 goals) and Ferenc Puskas (11 goals).
