Before the election results are announced, Governor Badaru prohibits motorcades and celebration rallies

Jigawa State’s Governor Muhammad Badaru Abubakar has prohibited celebration rallies for the winner of the State Governorship election from using automobiles, motorbikes, or other kinds of transportation.

His media assistant, Habibu Nuhu Kila, made a statement to Obasanjonews24 that provided this information.

This comes after 20 out of the state’s 27 local governments had their election results declared by the Independent National Electoral Commission, or INEC.

The Governor pleaded with the people of the State in a special address to maintain composure and order when the winner is announced.

Alh Muhammad Badaru Abubakar asserted that as God bestows and revokes authority, everyone should express gratitude to Allah.

He extended gratitude to the residents of the state for the orderly and effective conduct of the elections throughout the State.
