Bayelsa CP directs raids on criminal hideouts and flashpoints during the autumn months

The regular raiding of hot spots and criminal hideouts in the state has been ordered by CP Tolani Alausa, the commissioner of police for Bayelsa State.

According to information obtained by OBASANJO NEWS24, the state police command also changed its security architecture to address the security issues brought on by the ember months.

According to a statement provided to OBASANJO NEWS24 on Friday by the Police Public Relations Officer, SP Asinim Butswat, the Commissioner instructed Divisional Police Officers, Tactical Commanders, and other operatives to constantly raid hotspots and criminal hideouts, to step up surveillance and patrols in the state’s hidden nooks and crannies, and to remain vigilant at all times.

The police reaffirmed their dedication to ensuring public safety and minimising criminality. The public was praised for its aid and support in providing pertinent information regarding criminal activity in their neighbourhoods.
