Bandits kill three siblings after demanding N60 million in ransom in Taraba
Three kidnapped siblings were slain by bandits in Taraba State after they and a motorcycle rider collected N60 million in ransom from their father.
According to a source who spoke to Obasanjonews24, the killing of the kidnapped children happened on Sunday, December 25, 2022, in a forest close to Garin Dogo in the state’s Lau Local Government Area.

The source says that “the kidnappers first asked for N100m from the children’s father, Alhaji Musa, a cattle dealer, but after talking, they settled for N60m.”
According to the informant, after killing the three siblings, the kidnappers hired the motorcycle rider they killed to deliver the money to them.
The victims were laid to rest in the community on Monday, December 26, 2022.
DSP Usman Abdullahi, who is in charge of public relations for the state police, said that the victims had been killed.
