Seven individuals were kidnapped when bandits attacked Idon community in Kaduna State’s Kajuru Local Government Area during the early hours of Monday.

It has been reported that two of the victims abducted were set free during the attack.

An anonymous local resident suggested that the number of victims who were kidnapped could be greater than what was officially reported as seven.

The individual stated, “Despite confirming only seven people taken captive in reports, it’s possible there are additional victims. We don’t have a definite figure to offer at this point.”

Authorities are investigating the situation to ascertain the complete magnitude of the incident.
