Bandits’ attack on a community in Zamfara is foiled by troops, resulting in their elimination
Additionally, in the early hours of Sunday (today), the army stopped the terrorist onslaught on Karazau village, which is located in the Kwatarkwashi region of Bungudu Local Government Area in Zamfara State.
In Zamfara State, troops of Joint Task Force Northwest, Operation Hadarin Daji, have cleared a bandit ambush, killing numerous terrorists in the process.
In the wee hours of Sunday (today), the army also stopped the terrorist onslaught on Karazau village, which is located in the Kwatarkwashi region of Bungudu Local Government Area in Zamfara State.

The Operation Hadarin Daji spokesperson, Captain Yahaya Ibrahim, made a statement available to Channels Television on Sunday. The statement stated that the troops promptly responded to a distress call on the large number of armed terrorists storming Karazau hamlet in Kwatarkwashi district.
He claimed that as the troops approached the village, armed terrorists ambushed them.
Still, the ambush was cleared and the bandits were forced to flee, but several of them met their Waterloo by the combat-ready forces, who were resilient with tactical talents and reinforcement.
The statement said, “To deny the terrorists freedom of action, the troops are dominating the general area with aggressive and confidence building patrols.”
