In a post on his Facebook page, Samuel claimed that AY was going to marry May once her marriage to Yul ended and that she was having an affair with her.
In response to the claims, the comedian has now filed a petition with the Delta State Police Command.
In the petition dated January 24, AY asked for Agozi’s arrest and prosecution on charges of criminal defamation and cyberstalking. AY made these accusations through his legal representatives.
The statement from the petition party claimed, “The aforementioned publication purports that our client is having an extramarital affair with May Eodchie, Yul Eodchie’s wife, and that our client caused the marital crisis between May and her husband.”
“Baseless and untrue,” he said of the accusation.
The claim, he continued, had a negative impact on his reputation among friends, business acquaintances, and the public, as well as his brand and his personal and professional lives.
AY asked the authorities to look into and detain Agozi Samuel right now because there has been proof of slander and cyberbullying.
