Femi Fani-Kayode, an APC chieftain, has refuted rumors that the Aso Rock chapel will be shut down for four years.

Ifeanyi Okowa, the governor of Delta, announced on Saturday that the chapel would be shut down for four years as a result of the Muslim ticket.

The Muslim-Muslim presidency, according to Okowa, is not God’s intention for Nigeria.

Okowa had stated that it was not God’s will for the Chapel in Aso Rock to be shut down for four years as a result of the APC’s Muslim-Muslim ticket.

In response, Fani- Kayode remarked that because the President-wife Elect’s Remi Tinubu is a pastor, the chapel will not be shut down.

He tweeted: “Given that the incoming First Lady is not only a Christian but also a Pastor, the notion that the Aso Rock Chapel will be closed for four years because @officialABAT and @KashimSM, the President-elect and Vice President-elect respectively, are Muslims is ludicrous.
