Ivan Toney of Brentford and Pedro Neto of Wolves are two forwards who Mikel Arteta apparently like the Arsenal to recruit in January.
Arteta wants Neto in his team to relieve some of the pressure off of Bukayo Saka, according to FootballTransfers (h/t CaughtOffside).
Arsenal, who value the Portugal international at £40 million, are said to have a small transfer budget, according to the article.
While all is going on, Wolves estimates Neto’s value at £70 million.
