The All Progressives Congress’ (APC’s) lawsuit challenging the election of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) governor Caleb Mutfwang was denied by the Plateau State Governorship Election lawsuit Tribunal, which is based in Jos, the state capital.
In Plateau State on September 25, 2023, the PDP convened a legitimate congress, according to the Tribunal.
The Tribunal further determined that a candidate’s nomination and sponsorship are matters of pre-election.
