The All Progressives Congress (APC) National Working Committee (NWC) has expressed its disagreement with the court order that upheld the suspension of Abdullahi Ganduje, the party’s national chairman.

According to Obasanjonews.com, the Kano State High Court granted an ex parte order restraining Ganduje from identifying himself as an APC member.

The order was issued following an ex parte motion filed by Haladu Gwanjo and Laminu Sani.

However, during a press conference at the APC Abuja National Secretariat, Professor Abdulkarim Kana, the National Legal Adviser of the party, stated that the court order was invalid.

Kana further emphasized that any order obtained through fraudulent means is considered unlawful and will not be enforceable or recognized.

He also asserted that those responsible for Ganduje’s suspension are not members of the APC.
