Senator Ovie Omo-Agege, the former Deputy Senate President, expressed his belief that the All Progressive Congress (APC) will emerge victorious over the ruling Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the 2027 general election.
Speaking to party loyalists in Ughelli, Delta State, Omo-Agege assured them that the party’s defeat in the 2023 governorship election would not be repeated.
He expressed gratitude to the people of the state for their support during his previous campaigns and encouraged them to continue supporting the APC in future elections at all levels.

Omo-Agege emphasized the need for patience with President Bola Tinubu’s government, assuring Nigerians that the desired dividends of democracy would soon be realized.
He also acknowledged the efforts of the people in securing two senatorial seats for the APC and urged them to maintain their support at the local, state, and federal levels.
Lastly, Omo-Agege extended his condolences to the APC members who lost their lives during the 2023 general election campaign and expressed his respect for the Supreme Court’s verdict declaring the opposition party as the winner.
