APC is declared the victor in the governor’s race in Ebonyi State by INEC

The All Progressives Congress’ (APC) candidate for governor of Ebonyi State in 2023, Hon. Francis Nwifuru, has been proclaimed the winner of the poll by the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC.

Nwifuru, the current Speaker of the State House of Assembly, received 199,131 votes overall.

Ifeanyichukwuma Odii of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), who received 80,191 votes, is the PDP candidate who comes in second.

Prof. Bernard Odo, the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) candidate, received 52,189 votes to finish third.
