Another Governor Approves N85,000 Minimum Wage for Civil Servants
In a significant move to improve the welfare of civil servants, another governor has approved an N85,000 minimum wage. This decision reflects ongoing efforts to address economic challenges and enhance workers’ livelihoods.
Less than 48 hours after Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu of Lagos State declared a new minimum wage of N85,000 for state workers, Governor Siminalayi Fubara took a similar step on Friday by approving the same amount for civil servants in Rivers State.
