American rapper Snoop Dogg stops smoking

Calvin Broadus Jr., better known as Snoop Dogg, is an American rapper and actor who has given up smoking.

The 52-year-old said this on Thursday, November 16 while requesting privacy via his X handle.

Snoop announced his decision to give up smoking in a photo post that included the message, “After much consideration and conversation with my family, I’ve decided to give up smoke.”

“At this time, please respect my privacy.”

In 2022, Snoop Dogg disclosed to Martha Stewart in an exclusive iHeartRadio podcast that he began smoking at the age of 18.
