Alleged ritual: Clergyman detained for purportedly taking the life of his wife who was carrying their unborn child

Pastor Abidun Oluwadare has been detained by the police in Ekiti State on suspicion of killing his expectant wife, Tosin Oluwadare.

At approximately 9 p.m. on November 19, 2023, the guy known as “Araina” (thunder of fire), according to sources, fatally strangled Tosin as part of a ritual.

“The man killed the wife, but when the matter came to light, he was telling us another story,” the insider claimed. He informed us that he had asked to have sex with his wife when he got to his house that evening, but he had left her when she refused.

He claimed that when he returned to the room approximately five minutes later, she was dead. Is there any truth to this story? No, it doesn’t make sense. All will become clear via a police probe.

The suspect has been taken into custody and is now being investigated by the State Criminal Investigation Department, according to Sunday Abutu, the public relations officer for the state police.

“The state CID has taken over the case after the man was taken into custody. Since then, an investigation has started, a police official stated.
