In a shocking move, Alex Sanchez will visit his old team, Inter Milan.
Fabrizio Romano, a football transfer analyst, reported that Inter Milan CEO Moratta has confirmed Sanchez wanted to return to the Serie A giants this summer.
On Monday, Romano posted the following on X (previously Twitter): “Alexis Sánchez could return to Inter, as CEO Marotta confirms: “Correa wants to have more room and certainly, Sánchez is keen on returning here.
“Alexis sent us very clear signals about his desire to rejoin Inter, that much is true.”
After his contract with Marseille in French Ligue 1 expired this summer, Sanchez is no longer under contract with the team.
The 34-year-old attacker has previously played for Inter Milan, Manchester United, Arsenal, and Barcelona.
