In light of Cristiano Ronaldo’s red card in the Saudi Super Cup game against Al-Hilal, Al-Nassr has made the decision to replace him with 20-year-old star striker Meshari Al-Nemer for the next two games.
Despite Al-Nassr’s appeal being rejected, the Portuguese megastar will not be available for the upcoming league matches.

Manager Luis Castro has chosen Al-Nemer as Ronaldo’s substitute, as reported by Essentially Sports. Ronaldo’s performance in the game against Al-Hilal was one to forget, as Al-Nassr suffered a 1-2 loss.
During a brief scuffle, he was seen hitting defender Ali Al-Bulayhi with his elbow, further adding to his team’s defeat.
