Akor wins Team of the Month for October

The October Ligue 1 Team of the Month features Nigerian attacker Jerome Akor, according to OBASANJO NEWS24.

Thursday afternoon saw the official Ligue 1 X handle reveal the Team of the Month.

In October, Akor scored four goals for Montpellier in three league games.

In the month under scrutiny, the 23-year-old scored twice in a brace.

On Wednesday, the forward was also recognised as October’s Player of the Month by Montpellier.

In his nine league games for La Paillade this season, he has scored seven goals.
